Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before you book

Bring a valid driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance (minimum $100,000 liability), and your towing vehicle. We'll verify your documents in person before handing over the trailer.

Cancellations made 24+ hours before your scheduled pickup receive a full refund of your security deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.

Currently all pickups and returns are at our Greenville, TX location. The exact address is provided when your booking is confirmed. Delivery may be available for an additional fee -- call us to discuss.

Our trailers require a 2 5/16" ball hitch. If your vehicle has a different size, we offer hitch rental for $10 per booking. A brake controller is required for trailers with electric brakes.

Late returns are charged at $30 per hour after a brief grace period. If you know you'll need the trailer longer, call us to extend your rental -- it's much cheaper than the late fee.
